Thankyou to everyone who helped to make this day a success, to all who supported the event by donating money and goods to sell, to everyone who attended the day itself and to Ann, Jenny and Becki who helped the family throughout the day.We managed to raise an incredible £775.50.....Amazing. THANKYOU SO MUCH ***** Further donations mean the total raised was a STAGGERING £795.20***** Raffle winners were: 1st prize..........Hamper.................Laura Ball 2nd prize.........Wines.....................Chris Middlemiss 3rd prize.........Chocolates.............Gwen Stephenson 4th prize.........Wine......................Elaine Rangecroft Gardeners name was...DIGBY SPADE won by...........Jean Quibell Treasure map won by..........Holly Hammond Sweets in the jar (204) was won by Margaret Hughes who guessed closest with 205 Not sure but I believe the buzzer game won everytime and no one managed to beat it !!!!! 3rd July 2009We really enjoyed the garden party and we're sure Bill would have loved it too - to see everyone enjoying his beautiful garden. So glad it was such a success.
